Volunteer Your Time

AMIGOS would not be possible without the youth and adult volunteers who donate countless hours to our chapter. We are always looking for new friends to serve as Board Members, trainers, and helpers. Your expertise, experience, and energy can be an important contribution to our chapter. And, its extremely gratifying to promote such a worthy cause. Support Volunteers' Product Sales

This holiday season, Peninsula Chapter AMIGOS volunteers will sell 20 lb. boxes of sweet Texas Ruby Red grapefruit and fair trade chocolate cover coffee beans & brazil nuts in handwoven Guatemalan bags as part of their fundraising efforts to support their Latin America project. If you are contacted by one of our remarkable young volunteers, we hope that you will consider purchasing these products from them. Your purchase will help these energetic, dedicated young people in their efforts to help others, and all of the items will provide enjoyment for you, your family, and friends. If you would like to help, particularly if you belong to an organization, company, church, or school that would like these products for the holidays, please contact Robert Lerner  at productsales@amigospeninsula.org.

Make a Financial Contribution

AMIGOS is funded entirely by contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations. AMIGOS is recognized as a charitable/educational organization under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service Code. Donations to AMIGOS are tax deductible as allowed by law. A gift of any size is greatly appreciated; donations to our chapter are used to fund scholarships so that all young people willing to make the commitment to AMIGOS can do so. Our online donation process uses the nonprofit organization JustGive.org. If you are donating for a specific Volunteer, please enter his/her name in the «Designate my donation» box on the form. Note: the justgive.org donation form has two boxes. Please only use the «Designate my donation» box to specify the volunteer,
